Sixty days from delivery, unworn and with tags attached. No restocking fee. We pay return postage inside the US on anything that arrived faulty or was picked wrong on our side; on a change of mind, return postage is yours.
Email admin@hatscapsandmore.com with your order number and we will send a label and a return reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel arriving.
We do not hold stock against an exchange — small batches sell out. Place a new order for the size you want and return the first one; that way you are not waiting on a two-way transit before the right size is secured.
Orders are picked and posted from Laurel, Maryland. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed, and sales tax is charged only on orders shipping within Maryland.
