Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Carriers & transit times

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground depending on weight and destination. Typical transit time is 2–6 business days after the label is purchased.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as the label is created.

Rates

• Orders $75 and over: free standard shipping.
• Orders under $75: $7.99 flat standard shipping.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state / local rates.

Tracking

Once your order ships, the tracking number is also shown on your order page so you can follow the package.

Delivery problems

If your package is marked “delivered” but missing, please wait 24 hours (USPS sometimes scans early). If it still hasn’t arrived, email admin@hatscapsandmore.com and we’ll help open a carrier trace.
