We want you to love what you bought. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any unworn, unwashed item with original tags attached. Items returned outside that window are reviewed case-by-case.
How to start a return
- Email admin@hatscapsandmore.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We’ll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and an address.
- Ship the item back. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5 business days.
Non-returnable items
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or removed tags
Damaged or wrong item
If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
